Privacy & Confidentiality
All client records and sessions are confidential and comply with HIPAA standards.

We will never share your personal information without your explicit written consent, except in cases where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

All communications via phone, email, and patient portal are secure and encrypted.

Inclusivity & Non-Discrimination
Duluth Perinatal is a safe space for all. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, ability, or family structure. We are committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, single parents, adoptive families, and those using assisted reproductive technology.

Appointment Policies
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first visit.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on provider availability.

Payment & Insurance
We accept most major insurance providers. Please verify coverage prior to your appointment.

Co-pays and fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

Sliding scale options may be available for those with financial hardship — please ask our team for details.

Communication Guidelines
Non-urgent messages will be returned within 1–2 business days.

For urgent medical concerns, please contact your primary healthcare provider or go to the nearest emergency room.

We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
